MD21 State Projects - Board of Director Candidates - Club Endorsement & Nomination Letters

Please consider submitting a member of your club as a candidate to one of our MD State Project's Boards of Directors. Both Districts have several viable and talented candidates who have the qualifications each of our Projects need to operate to their full potential.
21N - All candidates must be from a club in good standing, which means your club needs to have paid in full any and all balances due to either LCI for your January 2024 semi annual dues invoice, all new member dues and charges and any other charges, supplies etc, purchased plus your District 21N and MD21 semi annual dues invoices for January 2024 are to be paid in full.
21S - All candidates must be from a club in good standing, which means your club needs to have paid in full any and all balances due to either LCI for your July 2023 and/or January 2024 semi annual dues invoices, all new member dues and charges and any other charges, supplies etc, purchased plus your District 21S and MD21 semi annual dues invoices for July 2023 and/or January 2024 are to be paid in full.
All forms are due to the respective MD State Project no later than March 30, 2024. This allows each project to review all submitted candidates prior to returning all of the names of their potential candidates to me for final financial review and their names being placed on the ballot.
Voting will take place at the MD21 State Convention on May 18, 2024, time to be determined by the MD schedule and agendas.
All delegates must be registered for the State Convention and present to vote by paper ballots.
